Oil price report from NYC

Today the Sierra Club in New York City released the a report entitled "Sustainable Energy Independence for NYC." The report "prepares for sharply higher fuel prices and their local impact on transportation, heating, shipping, electricity, and food costs."

While the report is focused on NYC, it's still a good resource for what many major cities will have to deal with as oil prices continue to climb. You can read more about the report here and here.
