More Details Emerge on Failures Behind BP Oil Spill
Last Thursday, the Oil Spill Commission appointed by President Obama released a second report that delves deeper into the root causes for the failure of the BP Deepwater Horizon Macondo well. Highlighting the confusion and lack of communication between the companies, the report emphasizes the problems that ultimately led to the blowout. To read more about it, click here.
