New Ad Eyes Upton

Everyone's been talking about Wisconsin, but nearby Michiganders are heating things up, too. This ad zeros in on Rep. Fred Upton, head of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which is actively going after the Clean Air Act and the Environmental Protection Agency; the Clean Air Act protects thousands of lives every year from the dirty-energy industry. Upton should know better. The Kalamazoo oil spill last summer that dumped a million gallons of the stuff practically happened in his backyard.
