Shopping_cart_istock_000001520269xs Americans are tightening budgets, but they're not giving up organic food. A study released by the Natural Marketing Institute and The Nielsen Company confirms that green consumers continue to buy organic, natural, or environmentally-friendly products, even at higher prices.
