Shore Sighting: To celebrate International Coastal Cleanup Day, former "The Hills" star Lauren Conrad cleaned up a Santa Monica beach. Conrad promoted her new fashion merchandizing partnership by collecting the garbage in a Kohl's shopping bag. Examiner

Fish Tour: The Obama administration's Interagency Ocean Policy Task Force released its plan for restoring, managing, and protecting marine habitats.
