Home improvement tax credits and refunds Tomorrow is Tax Day, and we could all use a little help crunching those numbers. With that in mind, this week’s tips are about how to find out if you can make your payment a little smaller by having gone a little greener.

Tip #3: Plan an Upgrade

Now that you know which earth-friendly purchases will funnel money back toward you, make plans to cash in next year, when you file your 2010 taxes. Tell us: What kinds of refund-eligible home improvements are you planning?
