Shore Thing: A billion-dollar Indian casino is threatening to go up on Point Molate, Calif.  And while the world may still get another casino, the tribal shoreline it was threatening will remain protected, thanks to $48 million from the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians and various environmental groups.
