The Lovable, Laughable People of Public Transit

Dressed for success We've all been there before: We're calmly chillin' on the train when this guy boards. And suddenly we're torn between the urge to laugh out loud and the urge to simply stare in awe. Sometimes the best choice is to snap a photo and share the fashion crime with the world. That's what the folks behind a humor blog called "People of Public Transit" have been doing. In the tradition of People of Walmart, the blog documents the questionable attire, awkward sleeping positions, quirky coincidences, and unique hairstyles that make our communal commutes more interesting.

Of course, we applaud all the oddly clad people of the world for recognizing that taking the subway is a great way to go green, but we're also really glad that their originality can give us a laugh now and then. Who'd want to be cooped up alone in a boring car when the world of public transportation is so endlessly amusing?
