Obama's Favorite Tea Company Plants Trees
This month, Honest Tea is working with the National Forest Foundation to kick off a reforestation campaign that aims to plant 50,000 trees around the U.S. Until April 30, those who purchase four or more bottles in participating stores get a reusable shopping bag, plus a code that's redeemable online.
Once you get online, decide where you want to plant a tree; choose between five U.S. regions whose forests have been affected by wildfires or other disasters. The website includes info about tree-planting, Earth Day activities, and more ways to support reforestation. Honest Tea’s volunteer events, centered on preserving parklands, takes place in various states in April and June. Just don't be surprised if you see Barack Obama there.
