Recipe #3: Not-So-Mellow-Yellow Smoothie
Looking for something to satiate that sweet tooth? This refreshing smoothie is sure to do the trick. It also has some key ingredients, like apples and bananas that will give you an all-natural energy boost.
- 1 frozen apple
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup pineapple
- ½ organic orange juice
- ¼ almond milk
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Healthy Action Tip #3: Double the ingredients of this drink and take a cup to-go. Put it in the refrigerator at work and replace your daily trip to the vending machines with this sweet and energizing drink.
