Why Backpackers Do It

Sierra Club Best Interns Izzy Weisz and Daniel Cespedes went on a Sierra Club National Outings trip--backpacking for five days in Sequoia National Park. They quickly learned that backpacking is no easy task, and set out to get at the heart of the matter: Why do backpackers do it?
