Now there's a great rant. Sometimes you just can't teach old dogs any new tricks...but you have to give this guy some credit for at least trying it out. Pity it didn't work out for his situation.

Mr. Green. You rock! It's just goes to show that you really know what you're talking about. May it be about gas heating, radiant heating, solar powered heating and energy all the way down to the best plumbing supplies and parts that will yield you large savings in the long-term. Brilliant Mr. Green!

Insteon Thermostat

Good point about overmedication, but with a thermostat that's fully integrated it can adjust based on weather or be set down remotely - that's gotta count for something...

Good points made. If you're living simply you won't need the gadgets but a lot of us are so busy just trying to stay afloat financially we tend to forget something as simple as turning down the thermostat. Which would help us to not go under water financially.
